Refund, Return, & Exchange Policy

30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Tennant Products. However, if you are not happy with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of the order's delivery day for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, and 10% restocking fee.

RETURNS

For all Tennant Product returns purchased on our website at www.tennantproducts.com, please call our customer support at +1.682-325-4139 or e-mail [email protected].

If you purchased items from a healthcare practitioner or any of our valued resellers, please contact them directly. We cannot assist with refunds from healthcare practitioners or resellers.

We are unable to accept returns for international orders.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days from the date of the order's delivery day. 

  1. Please email [email protected] or call us at +1.682.325.4139, and we will assist you.

  2. Pack the item securely in the original packaging, if possible. 

  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return. If you cannot locate your packing slip, please clearly print on a separate piece of paper: 
    • Your full name
    • E-mail
    • Order number 

For your assurance, we recommend using UPS or FedEx for your return, and ship to the following address:

RESTOCKING FEE

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

EXCHANGES

If you find that you ordered the wrong product, we are happy to exchange it for the product that you wanted, if the returned product is unopened and unused; and you have notified us; and we receive it back within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please follow our return process, and we will work with you to make it right. Please contact us ASAP. 

If your order did not arrive as you ordered it, for example you received Raw Materials liquid rather than capsules, that’s on us; and we will replace it at our cost with no restocking fee or additional shipping charges if you notify us within 30 days of the date of delivery. Please contact us ASAP.
